We welcome Rev. Stephen Hundley, former Roanoke District Superintendent of the United Methodist Church, who will preach at the 9 and 11:00 worship services this Sunday, January 29, while Rev. Heaton is away. Rev. Hundley’s sermon is “Trust—Really!”

The Worship Ensemble plays at the early service and at the 11:00 service Kim Mucha will join Brandon Mock in playing the Prelude, “Mighty to Save” arr by Shackley/McDonald. Kim is on piano; Brandon on organ. The Chancel Choir anthem is “Blest Are They” by David Haas with Beth Snead, soloist and Rachel Milan on flute. Soprano Leslie Rueff will sing “O Light of Life” by Mack Wilberg for the Offertory. The worship service ends with Brandon playing “Let Everything That Has Breath Praise the Lord!” by Douglas E. Wagner for the Postlude.

Mollie Snedegar is reading scripture at 9:00 and at 11, Bill Magee. Ellery Armes will lead the Psalter.
