We will pause to remember 9/11 during both worship services this Sunday, September 11. For the Prelude at 9 and 11, Brandon Mock is playing “Adagio for Strings” by Samuel Barber in remembrance of the attacks fifteen years ago. The  choir anthem at 11:00 is “My Shepherd Will Supply My Need” arranged by Thomson and Brandon will play “The King of Love My Shepherd Is” by Charles Gounod for the Offertory. Kim Mucha is playing “With Joyful Hearts” by Faye Lopez on the piano for the Postlude.

Rev. Gary Heaton’s message is titled “Reasons to Celebrate” with Luke 15:1-10 as scripture text.  Steve Rittenhouse and Rev. Warner Crumb are reading scripture and Bonnie Matthews is leading the Psalter at 11:00.

Following each service a reception will be held in the Welcome Center to meet and greet our new Director of Music and the Arts, Brandon Mock.
