This Sunday, May 22, is Trinity Sunday—and at Greene Memorial it is also Youth Sunday and Graduate Recognition Sunday!
Our youth will be participating in the services and our graduates will be recognized during the second service and honored with a reception during Refreshment Time. High school graduates are Hannah Dunn, Emily Kincer and Cody Amos. Andrew Stockstill and Clara Heaton are our college graduates.
Rev. Gary Heaton’s message is titled, “The Ripple.” Scripture text is I Peter 4:10; I Corinthians 12:4-6. “Amazing Grace” (Trad American Melody, arr. Tom Fettke) will be sung at 9:00 by Abby Hippeard, one of our youth, and by the choir during the second service. Organist C.W. Markham is playing “Chorale Prelude on Old 100th” (Johann Pachelbel) for the Prelude; “Musette” by Michel Corrette for the Offertory; and the Postlude is “Toccata in e minor” also by Johann Pachelbel.
Don’t miss worship at Greene Memorial this Sunday!
10Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received. I Peter 4:10
Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of services, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. I Corinthians 12:4-6
